Before you can connect a Volusion store with any of our apps, you’ll need to locate your API token (URL). Follow the step-by-step instructions below, or watch our how-to video to locate this information. Please note, you must have a Volusion ‘Pro’ plan or higher in order to have API access to your store.

Login to your Volusion dashboard
-
Go to your ‘Customers‘ tab, then select ‘Administrators‘

Customer Access Rules‘ [Rajeesh, this URL does not work. Please put the right URL]
